General Information
NSA manufactures sleeves for heat and splash protection.  Our knit and woven sleeves provide basic protection against heat and sparks, while our aluminized sleeves offer maximum protection against heat and molten splash.
 
Create the sleeve that best suits your aluminized sleeve needs:

The standard sleeve (14, 16 and 18-inch sleeves) features a snap wrist closure and open top.

The full-arm version (21, 23 and 25-inch sleeves) features a snap wrist closure and cross-over leather shoulder strap
Selecting a length in step 2 denotes standard or full-arm version.

STEP 1: Select a material
GR FR 7A Green Sateen (9 oz.) is the most common material used in the welding industry.
GW FR 7A Ranger Twill (12.5 oz.) provides more protection that cotton sateen.
KV Kevbest (8 oz.) is made of 100% KEVLAR® twill for superior cut and abrasion resistance.
STEP 2: Select a size
RG 18 inches in length with blue eleastic on both ends (00); 20 inches in length with blue elastic and KEVLAR® knit wrist (01); 16 inches in length with sewn-in elastic (02)
LG 21 inches in length with blue eleastic on both ends (00); 23 inches in length with blue elastic and KEVLAR® knit wrist (01); 19 inches in length with sewn-in elastic (02)

S00 Knit Sleeves
 
General Information
This standard two-ply knit sleeve with or without a thumbhole, pulls on easily, stays in place and stretches for a comfortable fit.  Usually worn to the elbow or the middle of the upper arm, this item is available in four standard lengths: 10, 12, 14 and 18 inches.

Bartacked or with Thumbhole: Measure from base of fingers
Options include:
  • Velcro closure at top of sleeve for longer (14 and 18-inch) versions
